We believe in the power of community to help others take a step forward, even when it’s dark.

Coaching is a vital tool in healing from loss and trauma, focusing on forward movement – helping you build resilience, find meaning, and reimagine life after loss.

The Group Coaching is aimed at providing a wider space for individuals who are perhaps not yet ready for one-to-one coaching. Attending grief coaching in a group setting offers the powerful advantage of shared understanding and emotional connection with others who are also grieving.
